Budgetplaner: Abstand zwischen Zahnrad und Eingabefeld verkleinert

Der Abstand kam zum größeren Teil aus dem Zeilenumbruch zwischen Knopf
und Feld: Als Leerzeichen in der Ziffernschrift der Zelle war er breiter
als das Padding selbst. Beides zusammen jetzt auf ein Drittel.
