- Reload-Countdown im Header der Buero-Visualisierung laedt die Seite bei 0 tatsaechlich neu,
statt nur kosmetisch herunterzuzaehlen - ein dauerhaft offener Wand-Tab bekommt dadurch
laengstens nach einem `MONITOR_SYNC_INTERVAL` den aktuell deployten Frontend-Stand
(#108).
