Servernamen im System-Monitor nur noch als Tooltip statt ueberlappend

Bei mehreren Kacheln ueberlagerten sich die fest eingezeichneten
Servernamen im mittleren (Status-)Monitor. Der Name erscheint jetzt
nur noch als SVG-<title>-Tooltip beim Hoover ueber die jeweilige
Kachel, deren gesamte Flaeche als Hoover-Bereich dient.
